MANAGING DIRECTOR

Sunita Martin

Email: Sunita.Martin@findlaybsb.com

Having worked for several years as an International Student Adviser for universities in the UK, Sunita is very familiar with the entire world of overseas education. She has extensive knowledge of visa applications and international student support from pre-arrival all the way through to graduation. She has also provided advice and support to university staff on matters relating to international students including conducting staff training and development sessions.

Upon moving back to Brunei, Sunita really missed her connection with international students. Being a representative for universities and colleges in the UK is a natural extension of her experience, providing advice and guidance to students even earlier in the transition process.

“In my experience, I have seen a number of international students who have struggled with their studies for one reason or another. Findlay is here to ensure that this risk is minimised for future students. We’ll help you find that perfect university and course where you’ll not only succeed, you’ll thrive.”

Guide to Choosing an Education Agent

If you’re considering of applying through Findlay, we want you to feel fully informed and confident in your decision.

At Findlay, we’re committed to supporting students at every stage of their education journey. To ensure your experience is smooth and successful, the British Council guide provides detailed advice on how to find and work with reliable education agents.

Commitment to the UK Agent Quality Framework (AQF) Statement

We, Findlay (B) Sdn. Bhd., are committed to the principles of the AQF, as set out in the National Code of Ethical Practice for UK Education Agents and the requirements for UK education providers on the register of licensed student sponsors. This commitment to the AQF can be demonstrated through our agent provider contracts and our continued engagement with education providers to ensure the UKVI Student Sponsor Licence responsibilities are met.

We will ensure that all our counsellors serving UK-bound students complete the British Council’s UK agent and counsellor training and are individually certified for their knowledge and awareness of the UK as a study destination.

We will use the Good Practice Guide for UK Education Agents Partnering for Quality to adopt sector-wide best practices and share the Student and parent guide to choosing an education agent with our students to promote transparency and knowledge.
